Do’s

  • Drink 4 quarts of clean water daily - explain why

  • Take a high-quality multi-strain probiotic

  • Take high-quality multi-vitamin & mineral supplement - it’s important to have the right nutrients or else the body cannot carry out detoxification

  • Increase fiber

  • Eat half a pound of brassica-family foods daily

  • Eat lots of produce from the “Clean 15” list - attach PDF list

  • Eat unprocessed food

  • Use turmeric (not with pepper)

  • Use oils carefully - extra-virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil

  • Moderate amounts of caffeine, depending on how you metabolize it

You May Experience

  • Withdrawal from foods that you were addicted to (especially sugar)

  • Bacteria in your gut are changing; some bad ones are dying and releasing toxins

  • Toxins that were accumulated in your bloodstream and some cells can be filtered out and excreted (but not the toxins in your fat, bones, or organs). In the first week, you may experience mild fatigue, bloating, brain fog, etc.

  • Reestablishing a healthier physiology. After the cravings and toxin release from the first week, you may begin to feel much younger, more energized, and like yourself again.
